Add ZippyChain to MetaMask
Learn how to configure MetaMask to connect to ZippyChain network.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- MetaMask installed in your browser. If not, download it from metamask.io
- A MetaMask wallet created or imported
Step 1: Open MetaMask
Open your MetaMask extension by clicking on the MetaMask icon in your browser.

Step 2: Add Custom Network
Click on the network dropdown at the top of the MetaMask interface, then click on "Add a Custom Network" button.

Step 3: Enter Network Name
Enter "ZippyChain" as the Network name.

Step 4: Enter RPC URL
Enter the RPC URL: https://t.s0.n6.zippychain.ai

Step 5: Enter Chain ID and Symbol
Enter the following information:
- Chain ID:
700
- Currency Symbol:
ZPT

Step 6: Enter Block Explorer URL
Enter the Block Explorer URL: https://testnet-scan.zippychain.ai/

Step 7: Save Network
Click on the "Save" button to add the ZippyChain network to your MetaMask.

Click on the "Save" button
Verification
After saving, you should see a success message and ZippyChain should now be available in your network dropdown list.

To verify that you've successfully connected to ZippyChain:
- Select ZippyChain from the network dropdown in MetaMask
- Check that your account shows the correct ZPT balance
- Try sending a small test transaction
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues connecting to ZippyChain, try these solutions:
Connection Error
If you see a "Could not fetch chain ID" error:
- Double-check the RPC URL for typos
- Make sure your internet connection is stable
- Try using a different RPC URL (if available)
Wrong Chain ID
If MetaMask shows a warning about the chain ID:
- Make sure you entered the correct chain ID (700 for Testnet)
- Remove the network and add it again
Transaction Failures
If your transactions are failing:
- Make sure you have enough ZPT for gas fees
- Try increasing the gas limit slightly
- Check if the network is experiencing high traffic
